The Pherobase

Compounds in The Pherobase are presented in three different formats; gif, brookhaven protein data bank (pdb) and ChemDraw.

1. The pdb format will allow you to view and rotate the molecules live in 3D. To be able to use this feature, you will need to download the free Chime plugin from MDL.
   
   
2. The ChemDraw format will allow you to copy the structure and paste into ChemDraw document. To be able to use this feature, you will need to download the free ChemDraw plugin Net Users from Cambridgesoft.
